"Happy Chinese New Year 2022" Shaolin Kung Fu online Contest

Shaolin Kung Fu is the China's national level intangible cultural heritage which is well known all over the world and the Shaolin culture is shared by all. In order to promote peace, friendship and health of mankind, and embody the value of Shaolin Kung Fu's fitness, mind clearer and harmony, we are inviting Shaolin enthusiasts from all over the world to celebrate the Chinese New Year 2022.

"Shaolin Kung Fu Virtual Contest" is launched by the China's Songshan Shaolin Temple and joined by Shaolin Cultural Centers from five continents. Currently, the whole world is fighting against the pandemic. Through this virtual competition, we hope enthusiasts can inherit the skill of Shaolin Kung Fu, benefit in health, obtain happiness, and filled with positive energy.

Shaolin Europe Association Online Meeting

On 08/24 a groundbreaking international online meeting took place.

• Abbot Shi Yong Xin has affirmed the importance of the Shaolin Europe Association.
• Shaolin Grandmaster Shi Yan Liang becomes the new General Secretary of the Shaolin Europe Association.
• The new Shaolin Kungfu Duanpin system was introduced.
• In the autumn of this year there will be a training for the masters and trainers of the Shaolin Europe Association by Chinese Shaolin monks in Vienna.

New "Shaolin Gong Fu Duapin System" Workshops

The dates for the workshops in Vienna to introduce the new "Shaolin Gong Fu Duapin System" have been fixed:

* First Workshop (Grade I and II)- November 5th and 6th, 2022

* Second Workshop (Grade III and IV)- November 12th and 13th, 2022
